Is Just Dispute IT a credit repair company?+
No. We're a consumer-facing document automation platform. You stay in control of every letter and every decision. We are not a law firm, not a CROA credit repair organization, and we do not act on your behalf.
Is this legal advice?+
No. Our letters cite public federal and state statutes for letter-wording purposes, but Just Dispute IT does not provide legal advice. For specific legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.
How fast can I generate a letter?+
Most users finish in under 15 minutes. The Smart Dispute Engine handles formatting, citations, and state-specific language automatically.
Which credit bureaus do you support?+
All three — Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Letters are addressed to the correct dispute department automatically.
Can I really dispute accurate negative items?+
You can ask for goodwill removal of accurate late payments — creditors sometimes agree. For inaccurate items, the FCRA gives you a statutory right to dispute and have the information reinvestigated.
What does the $14.99 Premium Export include?+
A formatted, print-ready PDF of your letter, optional Certified Mail automation (print, label, USPS tracking), and storage in your Elite Consumer Vault so you can track the response.
What's the difference between $14.99 and the $29/mo Pro plan?+
Premium Export is per-letter. Pro Membership is the full platform: unlimited letters, AI Credit Audit, Violation Detector, Bureau Response Scanner, Vault, 30-Day Challenge, and Rebuild Academy.
Do you store my credit report?+
Only in the Elite Consumer Vault, encrypted and visible only to you. You can delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I use this if I've been a victim of identity theft?+
Yes. The Identity Theft Packet is a full FCRA §605B block request and is available with Premium Export or Pro. You'll need an FTC Identity Theft Report from IdentityTheft.gov — we walk you through it.
