What we collect
Name, contact info, billing details, account credentials, and the content you upload or type into the Service (credit reports, letters, bureau responses).
Why we collect it
To generate your letters, store your Vault, process payments, send Service-related communications, and improve the product.
The Elite Consumer Vault
Documents stored in your Vault are encrypted at rest. They are visible only to you and to the minimum set of engineers necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell or rent your Vault contents.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (payments, hosting, email, mailing). We do not sell your personal data. We disclose to law enforcement only when legally required.
Retention
You may delete any document or your entire account at any time. After account deletion, we keep minimal billing records as required by tax and accounting law. See our Data Retention Policy for specifics.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@justdisputeit.com to exercise any of these rights.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
Material changes will be emailed or announced in-app at least 7 days before taking effect.
