Terms of Service

Last updated: May 10, 2026

1. What Just Dispute IT is — and isn't

Just Dispute IT ("Service") is a self-help document automation platform for consumers. We are not a law firm, not a credit repair organization as defined under CROA, and we do not provide legal advice. You remain the sole author and sender of every letter generated by the Service.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit knowingly false disputes, impersonate another consumer, or defraud any creditor, bureau, or agency. Knowingly false disputes may violate federal law.

4. Billing

Premium Export ($14.99) is a one-time charge. Pro Membership ($29/month) renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel in-app at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No outcome guarantee

Credit disputes are governed by consumer protection law. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific credit score change, item removal, or timeline.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Arbitration

Disputes between you and us are resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring a small-claims action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@justdisputeit.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed or announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
